Problem Description

在创建容器（运行环境）时，端口映射仅支持填写端口号，默认映射为 TCP（如 7777/tcp），无法选择 UDP 协议。
但在容器创建完成后，在“容器详情”中可以手动修改为 UDP。
这导致在部署 UDP 服务时，默认配置下服务无法正常通信。

Steps to Reproduce

1. 创建任意运行环境，配置端口 7777
2. 查看 docker 映射结果为 7777/tcp
3. 部署 UDP 服务（如 KCP）
4. 客户端无法连接
5. 手动修改为 UDP 后恢复正常

希望能在创建运行环境的端口添加时，增加一个下拉框，选择协议
