[BUG]: navbar menu options do not redirect to the respective sections when clicked on.

Bug Description

When the navbar items are clicked on, they do not take us to their respective sections on the desktop.

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to navbar.
2. click on any item.
3. see the error.
