Existing active call being treated as new call

1. Describe the bug (mandatory)

When in an active call, if you switch away from the app and come back to it, it is acting as if you are receiving a new call and asking you to accept or decline it.

2. To Reproduce (mandatory)

Reached out to a number that waspreviously spoken to by tapping on them in call history.
We are not yet fully sure of reproduction steps, but in general see the description above.

3. Expected behavior (mandatory)

When you switch back to the normal screen, it should just go back to the page for the existing call.
