logging from python to bonsai, change extentions bonsai.py, logging to stdout, captured by bonsai and piped out

@bruno-f-cruz where are bonsai's stdout saved/shown? Do I need to configure that in the launcher? I understand how to configure logging in bonsai.py but unclear how to in the actual workflow

Bonsai doesn't save its own stdout; by definition, stdout is handled by the caller, not the sender. If you launch it in the shell, you can pipe it to the text file using bonsai .... 1 > out.txt. If you launch it via python, you can grab it from the process, etc...
