In the global goals window, the companies will be ordered wrong at random times. Specifically, one company will be at the top of the list with a rating of 0, and also have the wrong place number: they will be treated as if they are first (the next person will be number 2) and they won't have the same place number as those in last place as they should. The rest of the companies will be correctly ordered and numbered:
I am marking this as hard because I don't actually know what causes this nor do I know the preconditions of this bug and thus how to replicate it. It is probably the highest priority issue as of version 1 and 2 since it disturbs the whole flow of the list and causes confusion.
