Description of the Issue

Firefox 138 now Use Acrylic-Style Menus for pop-up Windows That Better Fit the Optics of the Operating System. But now I see the menus too transparent.

What happened?
Must it be a CSS setting?

Issue description, userChrome.css/userContent.css 'settings' the issue occurs with and steps to reproduce the issue

Does the issue occur with the most recent version of CustomCSSforFx (release/test/dev build)?

• Firefox version: 138
• Firefox theme (e.g. default, build in light/dark, external theme + link): default

The damage manager should be that:

I disabled top_toolbar_system_accent_colors.css and now there is no more effect

Instead it remained in the context menu, which is not bad.

Would be to understand why in the contextual menu on the page there is Mica effect and on the menus of the bars nothing

This is how context menu looks for me in Firefox 138+.

I can not reproduce the transparent menus from your first screenshot.
Testet with and without top_toolbar_system_accent_colors.css and with and without about:config > browser.theme.windows.accent-color-in-tabs.enabled > true.

• problem came up when updating from FF 128.14.0esr with custom css v 4.5.8, no transparency there

I've had the same issue but
disabling toolbar_system_accent_colors.css did not help (in fact it has not been set)

But from section
Context menu / menupopup / panel appearance
@import "./css/generalui/popup_menus_menu_background.css"; was enabled
As soon as I've disabled this, all the popup transparency had gone (for context menu, addons' menu and, most importantly for me, for folders that I have in my bookmarks toolbar.

Now I also can enable toolbar_system_accent_colors.css without getting transparent popup menus.

note: no transparency at all on second machine (still Win10) with same CustomCSSforFx setup (and about:config, browser.theme.windows.accent-color-in-tabs.enabled is true - both machines)
