Name conflicts, docs page, project name uniqueness overall

Nosy me was looking for documentation but was unable to find anything. There are other projects/packages with same name which do have docs published. I'm sure I'm looking at something different but I'd like to know what does this solarpy provide that neither the other solarpy or SolarPy does.
