All elements that make reference to dataset should be changed to Resources

Originally, we were thinking of substituting all occurrences of Dataset with "Digitization Resources," but now leaning towards changing them to "Resources" which is shorter and the word digitization could be redundant based on what is expected in a digitization resources knowledgebase.
