Highlight hex numbers

Hexadecimal numbers denoted by 0x should be highlighted for quick identification. I suggest some color like orange.

This can currently be done by using Markdown-style formatting. I will look into something more autonomous at a later time, hopefully working in tandem with Parsedown and Highlight.js.
