FYI I've generated straglr catalog files for all disease-associated TR loci listed in STRchive. These will be updated automatically as new loci are added. You can find them here:
https://strchive.org/loci/#downloads

Let me know if you notice any issues with the format or coordinates.

Straglr doesn't work with homopolymers, so loci like "FRDA_FXN_A" can probably be skipped.
And for degenerate base, we specify "*" instead of "N", e.g. "NGC" for XLMR_SOX3 should be "*GC"
