Subject: [PATCH] Remove BPD Events and Sponsored Events from header navigation

Consolidates separate "BPD Events" and "Sponsored Events" navigation entries into a single "Events" link pointing to /events/. Updates both the main navigation in app.py and footer links to reflect the combined events page structure.

Fixes #843
