Summary
This extension is exclusively useful for Argentinians.
I would say the basics work perfectly (showing regional prices + taxes, also clicking to switch between USD <-> LATAM - USD) and to show the settings (in header) it would be holding Ctrl and clicking 'Show Header'.
That last step it's not that intuitive and not everyone would know instantly but overall it just works.
