This issue handles implementing the remaining statistics originally mentioned in #878 .
The KPIs requested in the initial issue that were not implemented are as follows:
3.4 The loan is an interlibrary loan -> calculate the waiting time (Loan time - Borrowing request time) and do the average.
Further analysis is needed to which object this statistic belongs. loan or ILL
5.1 Number of unique patrons with an activity on their account for a given period.

Additionally, a later comment on the same issue requested the following KPIs.
Number of queries/searches in the catalogue
Number of records viewed
Number of click on e-items (accessing electronic resources) / external links (e.g. 'Bookshop')
