Malicious links in the "Installing on Windows" documentation

It looks like over time, the Installing on Windows page has been edited several times with the actual installation links being replaced with malicious links. It looks like these tend to go for a very long time without being noticed.

Perhaps the installation instructions should be a markdown document in the repository itself, instead of a Wiki page - that way changes would be more visible?

The Wiki and the scripts have always seemed a little out of sync to me. As part of the refactor the documentation system is going to be overhauled.
