Additional export time periods?

Is it possible to export other graph periods? Like an hourly view with a 1 minute average?

The graph that is selected is the graph that is exported. So, if that graph is 1 minute average, then it will be exported as that. If you want to have an hourly export, and your polling interval is 5 minutes, simply set the export timing section to periodic and then select 12 polling cycles. 12*5 = 60 minutes.
