Remote Disconnected

Hello,
When I ran the Archive.by_dates, the python notebook reported an error of
post request exception:('Connection aborted.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end close connection without response',)).
I do not know the way to solve this problem, because It maybe an error happened in remote server.

Could you tell us which dates you were requesting? If you know, what data in them are public or do you have permission to access? It sounds most like an edge case of this sort that we may not have tested.

I purposely picked some dates which could run successfully from my previous work, such as 2013-10-19, 2006-10-16 and so on. However, this error of 'Connection aborted' always existed. So I do not think wrong date which causes this problem..

Hi Shuai, I’ve re-initialized your workspace so that you can proceed. Please log in again to activate it. We are in the midst of deploying an update in which your initial workspace will contain all data going back to 2004 already pre-processed. This pre-processed dataset already contains 2013-10-19 so there is no need to re-process it unless you need to exclude certain observations or something like that. However, I do not see any HIRES data on 2006-10-16. - BJ

Thanks for your help, Archive.by_dates could run successfully now. However, I just ran one date of 2007-04-26, and PRV Status Monitor displayed busy all the time. The last few lines are shown as below:

Data search successful: download file 20070426_0362.fits (362 of 364)
Data search successful: download file 20070426_0363.fits (363 of 364)
Data search successful: download file 20070426_0364.fits (364 of 364)
Data transfer completed: 364 files (out of 364) downloaded.

No new lines displayed over two hours.
