BitmapUtils validateOutputUri issues #682
Description
When using contentResolver.insert to create a uri as customOutputUri, this happens, and cachemageuri-> content://media/external/images/media/7167, path->/external/images/media/7167, hasValidExtension is false, which leads to the triggering of SecurityException.
Or there are other ways to use customOutputUri, please let me know, thank you.
