update quay.io descriptions

Please add a link to this repo ([https://github.com/CenterForOpenScience/docker-library/](https://github.com/CenterForOpenScience/docker-library/)) in the descriptions of each OSF container on quay.io ([https://quay.io/repository/centerforopenscience](https://quay.io/repository/centerforopenscience)). It is not easy to find this repository from quay.io.
