PRs to refine/move to close

• IPLD timestamping PR - needs a little more work? need to discuss OED's "string discriminant" proposal
  • oed: string registered in namespaces profile per-namespace
    • each namespace should have at least one option AND A DEFAULT if not present in the entry
    • chunny: errors for cross-type/invalid bytes? oed: yes spec should tell you to drop anything with bytes that don't match declared types
  • chunny: I was thinking of multicodec as fail-over or backup, but maybe that's too chaotic across contexts
  • oed: but navigating this blind, it'll just be bytes, they won't be sniffable
• StreamSync PR - needs to incorporate Spencer's input? Are any non-Ceramic streams or systems using this, and would it make sense to find one?
  • likely to close soon anyways-- will reopen later if multi-company usecase emerges
• DagJWS - I think this just needs an editorial pass for clarity of the "profile"/semi-normative nature of some statements?
  • oed: A diagram or even an example CAR file...
  • Zach: This is more like a profile for DAG-JOSE... (Joel: That context is hard to reconstruct for the casual reader, tho)
