Ares breaks custom defined paradrop options.

AllyParaDropNum=1 ;How many of each of those infantry

SovParaDropNum=1 ;How many of each of those infantry

YuriParaDropInf=ElectroBomb ;Types of infantry for the planes to drop
YuriParaDropNum=1 ;How many of each of those infantry

Only default values from rulesmd.ini is used and map makers can no longer do custom paradrops with these flags

I've been retesting different configurations between rulesmd and map files and there actually doesn't seem to be a proper ini fix

Atleast if there is, it's not working in this map
