Steamline OKC development work environment.

@paulojblack @kmoretz, @chrisruddick, @mjalkio, and myself have run into issues getting OKC bootstrap quickly and easily. Would like to have some

• allow quick setup by providing a network postgres setup to get up and running quickly
• Verify Readme is up to date for both setups, Local and Docker setup (see Connection failure using Docker compose #159)
• Streamline installing local dev -> (automate into a shell script maybe ?)
• Trim npm dependencies so smaller to install application
• Improve error handling or provide a debugging FAQ/Wiki (see Connection failure using Docker compose #159)

@BretFisher maybe you could take a look at #1, i changed the stack password for OKCANDIDATE-STAGING and restarted but no joy. anything else i should be doing to reinitalize a stack?

Is this still an issue, staging seems to be up, or are you talking about postgres?

Also, any reason why Docker doesn't become the default local dev environment, works easy for me?

@BretFisher i think we're going to go with the dockerize workflow. Kian was able to get his working using the docker flow.

I was unable to get the live credentials to just connect to staging. Maybe you can send me a postgres connection string for that. I think i was able to do a dump before so they are exposed im just unsure what i was doing wrong

yea port is 5433 for staging from internet. I put other creds in slack.
