PDF Viewer - White Flashes

PDF Viewer has white flashes in between while changing zoom value, makes it uncomfortable to use.

Current issue: white flashes occur during zoom because pages are cleared before re-render.

Proposal: use CSS-based scaling for instant, flicker-free zooming.
Add debounced background re-render to maintain sharpness without interrupting user experience.
Optionally apply double-buffering so old content remains visible until new content is ready.

Benefits: smoother zoom, no flashing, reduced rendering overhead, and improved accessibility across devices.
