[Examples]: Add a demonstration example

Problem Description:

Since the project is in the early stages of development, new users may find it difficult to integrate into the current ecosystem, especially users coming from an ecosystem that does not use eBPF.

Solution:

Add demonstration example using CortexFlow stack and Grafana to create a basic dashboard to track the network metrics (latency,packet loss,etc..)
