Benchmark Sender Library

There should be a method to send benchmarks to the CAS site.
The FFI layers can track benchmarks for the marshalling time as well, and call Rust to send the asynchronous http call.

Ok, the prototype for this was working before I took the site down it doesn't need to be up. There is a problem, I was under the impression that using the feature of rustls-tls would make the reqwest library not use openssl. The entire premise of this project is to avoid openssl and use the RustCrypto ecosystem.

This is the last serious adjustment I made by doing a cargo install and it did not fail in this github action run on December 14 https://github.com/Cryptographic-API-Services/cas-typescript-sdk/actions/runs/20207852750

Try default-features = false in a local build to make send the benchmark sender library works.

The above worked for resolving Cryptographic-API-Services/cas-typescript-sdk#69.

I mean it works kind of. I had a glitch with a long running Argon2 hash with params on the cas-typescript-sdk where it didn't send locally.
