PoN name is not assigned

Description of the bug

Ciao guys,
when running ichorcna by building the panel of normals, it seems that the parameter "--pon_name" is lost.
I've run two independent analyses, gave the PoNs names like "PoN_1" or "PoN2" and in both cases the name was not assigned, but the result is "PoN_median.rds" for both.

Could you fixed it, please?

Weird. It should be set.

And also used:

I'm sure I did something weird with the scoping here...
