David Bascones (a DIPY contributor) recently released a very nice and polished toolkit for OCT analysis https://github.com/drombas/retimat. Given that this toolkit is (1) newer, (2) more polished, and (3) likely better maintained, it is likely advisable that that toolkit be adapted towards the same outputs and usecases as this application.
