I have a question about dREG Gateway(https://dreg.dnasequence.org/create). Is dREG Gateway still available? Why can't I create an account? The web page prompts that an account confirmation request has been sent to my email address, but I have changed different email addresses, and check the spam box, still have not received any confirmation emails.

Hi! Sorry about the delayed response. Yes, the dREG gateway is still up. Can you check if you're still having problems signing up? If so, could you please email Charles with a description of the issue? I don't think he actively checks GitHub issues.
