Add addon icons and update TOC references
Add icon files and reference them from the TOC so the addons display icons in the UI. Inserted IconTexture entries into ClickMorph.toc (Interface\\AddOns\\ClickMorph\\icon) and Data/ClickMorphData.toc (Interface\\AddOns\\ClickMorphData\\icon) and added icon.jpg at the repository root and Data/icon.jpg.
