Default Translation without ":"

Hi, and thank you for this Plugin!

dp : Hello, World! to translate the sentence "Hello, World!" automatically to the default language english, with autodetection of the initial language.

Personally, I would prefer if I could start the default translation even quicker without typing ":". Meaning instead of "dp : Hello, World!" I would suggest just " dp Hello, World!"

What do you think about this?
