Missing Child device on a composite device

I'm working with a device, that shows up a USB Composite Device with one child in USB Device Tree viewer (Child Device 1), but when I'm using this DLL it doesn't show any children attached to this device.

This code is based off an older code base. This older code base didn't work on 64 bit machines and had a few other issues. I modified it to work on 64 bit processors.

However its a difficult code base to test so there are potentially some issues remaining.

I don't have a composite device to test it.
