This is a very fundamental issue: flickrhistory has zero test coverage. However, of course, it is tricky to add tests for an API downloader that depends on the remote server. Also setting up a valid test environment (database!) might prove difficult. However, this would still be very much needed, so we ensure new Python versions are supported, especially when we don‘t add features very often
