Safe Delete

When we delete a service, the field DeleteAt is filled, but in the API, the result always appears

As a staff member or admin, you are still able to see soft-deleted items. This allows backoffice users to restore soft-deleted items.
Soft-deleted items are only filtered out for outside users (such as individuals, organizations and anonymous users)

In our use case, we plan to disable displaying deleted elements by default and enable them by an option. In case a staff is connected and option is not enable, he want only to see not deleted elements. When we get the list from the micro services, we get a list with all items (deleted and not deleted) so the counting is the total of those elements. If we display only not deleted elements, counting get from api is not correct.
Is there a way to ask to the api to get only not deleted elements ?

?deleted=true -> returns deleted items only
?deleted=false ->returns non-deleted items only

In the CMS, and in the Tenant MS the parameter deleted doesn't work. it always returns all items. in the other Ms, i didn't tested.
