Upgrade Export Dialog and Menu

the format export is currently a mess. currently, JSON Text, and Rows export are within its own File dropdown entries, when ideally it should be within the Export dialog menu.

• Consolidate JSON, Text, and Rows export in the Export dialog menu.
• Create NSF... entry should be named Format export... or something similar.

Would an ability to export modules as .ftm/.0cc be possible? The changes from #214 made it impossible to save modules which are compatible with vanilla FT or 0ccFT respectively. This mainly pertains to BotB, as their categories for both trackers don't allow entries which can't be loaded in them. In fact, they've recommended against using any version of DnFT above 4.x for those categories because of this.
