        <p>By downloading, installing, or using the "Hidezone - IRL Hide and Seek" mobile application on Android
            devices, you agree to be bound by these Custom Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must
            not use the application.</p>

        <h2>2. Proper Use and Safety</h2>
        <p>You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct while playing Hidezone. You agree that:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>You will comply with all local laws and regulations.</li>
            <li>You will respect the rights and property of others.</li>
            <li>You will not use the app to engage in any illegal, dangerous, or harassing behavior.</li>
            <li>You play at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any physical injuries, property damage, or
                other incidents resulting from your use of the application.</li>

        <p>Hidezone offers a "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features (e.g., custom game modes, host settings).
