Add a method of running a T-compset such that it identically replicates CISM-standalone. This will be used to create an automated testing suite to verify and validate CISM changes. The ability for CISM to read in grids, forcing, and configuration as is done in standalone is critical.
Will also probably need documentation for users to develop tests and run suites in CESM once this is available.
