Error message: Cannot interpolate from a run without c13/c14 to a run with c13/c14
The finidat replacement will likely come with ctsm54.
These tests would have started failing with ctsm5.3.060 had we tried the ctsm_sci test suite for that tag.
Marking as EXPECTED FAILURE.
