Job cancelled : information to be added

I cancelled a job to stop a simulation and it still blue ie in running status. How to add an error (or a new cancelled) message to give the right information to the supervisor. Actual status could be running, completed, queued, error. Do we need an other status : cancelled by user.

When a user cancel a job we need to inform hermes of the situation.

To do so we might need to define and to send a new message to hermes.

Or we might want to be able to change job status from the front-end.

Is Hermes being informed of the change in job status in this use case ?
