Create a dashboard for ticket sale statistics

It would be nice to have a simple dashboard showing how many tickets we sold for every fare type.

An enhancement would be the ability to compose and send an email to all people who have a given ticket type associated to them.

Ideally the dashboard should be integrated in the site admin interface. However, as a first step, it could be a separate page.

We already have that :-) It would just need some translation (it's still in Italian) and perhaps cleanup. You can find it here: https://ep2021.europython.eu/admin/assopy/order/stats/ (the Order stats page).
