1.6.4 config help

EvChatManager_1.3.jarsion is supposed to look like
Im having trouble getting prefixs to show up and I cant find anything about what the ocnfig for that version

Oh it's been a while since I've worked on this plugin, but I don't think it has a way to give player names a prefix.
The prefix in the config is just for the messages the plugin sends, in server logs or command feedback, to identify itself.

It's a feature I should probably add though..
