[METHODS] Typo and Folder Categorization

Describe the issue

• ReCiPe category 'Ecosyste damage ozone formation' typo
• ReCiPe and FEDEFL inventory impact categories are not grouped into a subfolder... see screenshot below (not a big deal, just gets messy figuring out what method an impact category belongs to)

You are using the no flows page?

The FEDEFL Inventory one may be a bit old before that update was implemented in olca-schema. Though I think ReCiPe should be more recent (did you use the more recent version at the top that supersedes?).

Either way I need to push some updated no flows methods to align with the current repositories. This includes a fix to the typo you identified (which exists in the underlying ReCiPe excel file)

Yes using the no flows versions of both. I used the old version of ReCiPe (for v1.1 of FEDEFL). I'm unable to import v1.2 into openLCA v2.4 for some reason.
