I love the id preservation of the 1.1 model but I struggle to find prompts that relight the subject (eg from left/right/behind).
Any tips on how to do a proper relighting?

Try Qwen-2509 LoRAs or Qwen image ControlNet. If that flops, you could try adjusting the prompts or train your own LoRA. Maybe you could relight the subject by other models in the workflow
