scopes not respected by init

The readme claims "scopes - Space-delimited list of scopes requested by this RP" is an init config property. However, the example does not contain scopes nor does the docstring in the code and the property is not regarded in the code. Instead the scopes are derived from the resourceServers.

Thanks, this is a left-over from a much earlier version of the library. I'll remove it.
