Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Using a supported contact app, assign a contact a birthday of Feb. 29 of any leap year (e.g., 2024)
2. View calendar on non-leap-years (e.g. Feb/Mar. 2026)
3. Note lack of birthday notification.

Expected behavior

Acknowledge leap-baby birthdays in off-years, potentially with a note.

Generally speaking, leap birthdays occur on the day after February 28th. There's nuance to that, but that's the most common approach.

Because of the nuance, it may be good to add a little parenthetical note to the birthday, e.g. "John Smith (33) (Feb. 29)" or similar listed on March 1st of non-Leap Years.

Birthdays currently only shown on leap years.

I've become too reliant on birthday alerts, almost missed a friend's birthday this weekend!

Hi, i'm a CS student and I've been looking into this issue and I've been able to reproduce the bug. I have an idea for a fix!
