Lets say we player banana, he's a good player and doesn't cheat but no one knows him!
Then there's willy, he's gonna start botting but doesn't want others to know.. so he uses bananas name.
He starts TASing and ruining bananas name, oh no! But with the extra account field we can know if it is the real banana or willy
