[Bug] Cannot remap F12 key throughh Via

Describe the Bug

Using https://keyboard.frame.work it is not possible to remap F12 to do anything other than the default functionality. This also impacts FN+F12 and FNLock.

There's 4 layers:

1. No Fn Lock, no Fn key
2. Fn Lock, no Fn Key
3. no Fn Lock, Fn Key
4. Fn Lock, Fn Key

Make sure to change all 4. This should be supported through the Via web interface.
In addition, Via web config do not support "advanced configs" like opening settings, like LT(), or keycodes outside of the basic set. You will need to compile QMK firmware to do that.
