[Feature] Can RTM coil texture be modified to suit the RTM ingot color?

Feature Description

I have uploaded a pull request for changing the color of RTM coils at ULSTICK's GregTech Refreshed. However, this new texture hasn't merge until now, although the author agreed to merge it at next update. I knew that you have adopted this texture pack, so could you please help me to change the RTM coil texture with my modified texture?

You should make a PR for it to GTM instead of Refreshed. The assets directory would be in https://github.com/GregTechCEu/GregTech-Modern/tree/1.20.1/src/main/resources/assets and would be the same as editing the texture pack itself
