Implementing an A.I. with the ability to track and attempt to hit incoming balls.

One implementation would be to create a 'desired y value' for the A.I. which would be the closest balls y+dy. the paddle would then find whether desired y is higher or lower than it's y+height/2 and would change it's dy accordingly.
