[Feature request] Add support for fetching and downloading subtitles & danmuku(if possible) #2007

Is there any way you can do more about the subtitle stuff?I'm really looking forward that you can fetch and download the subtitle like newpipe could do(Bilibili)
可以再搞搞字幕功能吗？看B站的时候忽然发现只有渲染弹幕没有字幕，而且下载功能也没有抓字幕/弹幕文件的功能（隔壁newpipe可以直接下载字幕,我疑心Pipepipe搞这个应该不会遇到许多技术困难），希望可以考虑一下（可以只搞bilibili的，Niconico随便）
