Mis-highlighting when Method is contained in method name

Probably just needs some checking for alphanumeric characters preceding the Method or Function keyword.

I can have a look if I find some time.
Mostly just adding this issue to avoid forgetting about it.

I did some tests, but was not able to fix the issue. The keywords are defined with \b but it seems, that this is ignored somehow.
