Avaiable commands did not check for cmd_denieds\cmd_allowed configuration

Hello,

We have set cmd_denieds=EPSV on the vsftpd.conf configuration but if you do 'feat' command it still show as avaiable.
The correct behavior is that the feature will not be shown anymore.

Looking to the code seems that no checks on cmd_denieds\cmd_allowed has been done. could be possible to implement it?
